Public Inspection of Application and Information Return

IRS Publication 557 requires certain tax information about a public charity to be made publicly available. That requirement is satisfied by making these documents available FREE on the web. Names of donors will be obliterated to protect their privacy. Certian additional information is also provided.

To receive a paper copy of information that we have not made available on the web, please provide a self addressed, postage paid envelope or box capable of holding at least the number of pages in the document, and your check payable to Adult Life Training, Inc. The current rate is one US dollar for the first page and fifteen cents thereafter. Rate may change without notice to conform to current IRS policy.

For material which we have not made available on the web, you may make your own copies instead of paying for duplication. If you wish to make your own copies, you may bring your own copy equipment to our offices per IRS Publication 557 page 13-14. Please call for an appointment.

We recommend the United States Postal Service's "Priority Pack" as it has a fixed postage cost around $3.00 for any number of sheets. It will hold 200-250 sheets. Requests sent without proper payment or suitable pre-addressed mailing container will be discarded. Not responsible for improper postage, illegible addresses, or other errors the fault of the requestor or USPS. Requests are normally filled within one business day of the day in which they are received.
